About Monklands

Monklands consists of Airdrie and Coatbridge and surrounding areas situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh. We were in the past dependent on steel and heavy industry and are now sustained by small industry.

About our Club

We are a very friendly club of 21 active members and 1 Honoured Active member. We work well as a team and have participated in many charity events, helping both the local community and also the wider world.

Anyone who would like to join us and help us in this way would be made very welcome.

Why is our emblem so important?

The Inner Part or "Cogs" of every wheel are vital to ensure the wheel moves forward and towards its goal or target.

We are the Cogs and when we work both individually and as a team we move towards the goals of International Inner Wheel.
